Attending Our Practice

Make an appointment

When you contact our practice, we will always try to offer you an appointment as soon as possible and at a time convenient for you. You may book an appointment in person, by telephone or make a request via email (stating any times or dates to aim for/avoid).

Do please be on time for your appointment so that we don’t have to keep other patients waiting.

Appointment reminders

We will send you a courtesy text or email to remind you of your appointment three days before it is due, so that you can rearrange if necessary. Our patients tell us they find this really useful, so please make sure we have your current mobile telephone number and email address if you would like to receive reminders. Please remember to let us know if any of your contact details change: home address, email address, landline and mobile telephone numbers.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

We prefer more than 24 hours notice so that we are able to offer your appointment to someone else.

If you miss more than two appointments without notice, we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer you NHS care in the future.
